It's designed to work over a 90 day period and even included a nutrition guide because we all know how important it is to get your eating habits right when trying to lose weight or shed fat.

 2. Insanity: This is more of a cardio workout, but it also incorporates a lot of strength training exercises. The great thing about this program is that you won't need to buy any type of equipment. Just be ready to sweat heavily when doing this workout. Simply devote the next 60 days to this program and you'll be extremely happy with what you get back out of it.

 3. Zumba: Now this is what I consider to be the most fun of any of the workout DVDs around. Literally with Zumba you'll dance the weight right off. Honestly what better than to dance, and lose weight? There is no real set timeline for this program, but I can assure you that the Zumba workout is a great time and you'll be able to lose huge amounts of extra body fat with this workout.

 When choosing which DVD will best work for you just make sure to set your goals and constantly think about what you're looking to accomplish.
